It was an honour to be invited to present at the Centre for Care seminar series on the 17th April 2024.
In this presentation I gave an overview of Long-Term Care systems, reflecting on their complexity, on learning from the Strengthening Responses to Dementia project (STRiDE) and lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic for Long-Term Care systems, and I introduced the Global Observatory of Long-Term Care as a tool to promote international learning on improving and strengthening Long-Term Care systems.
